You get what you pay for.

The product appears to be a good buy. Until you install it and turn it on. The cold water regulator inside the faucet is not working properly. If you put the handle where you get "warm" water, it gets hot quickly because not enough cold water comes out to cool the hot water. Our hot water isn't set to the hottest temperature either, and that's the second tap! (We thought it was just a broken one, so we ordered a replacement; this one is bad too!) Had to be refinished due to hard water stains

So these faucets are good with one exception. Using them in hard water will get them very dirty and never look clean. I even have a water softener but they rub off. If you use a limescale remover like lime it will ruin the finish and the stains will return. The way around this is to take some sandpaper and remove the oil smeared bronze surface from the vessel that the water is flowing through. I also ordered ceramic plugs and don't use the ones that come with them because they get dirty too…
