Impossible: Puzzle

I bought this for my son and it was a disappointment. My first complaint is that the ball is almost invisible when it's near the center of the cube. It keeps you losing the ball. My second complaint is that some of the barriers in this product are just plain impossible. Some are literally on the opposite side of the other and are in the same cell of the cube! My penultimate complaint is that you can only move the cube in one direction. It's very uncomfortable. My final complaint is that this product is overpriced. I wasted my money.
