The screws and anchors are the same size (diameter and length) and are compatible with older Rubbermaid Fasttrack (+/- 2015) systems, but the head of the screws is painted silver instead of white and that smaller head so you have to use a small washer to keep the screw from falling through the hole in the post. I used a #8 washer and it worked fine, just a little less pretty than the original white head bolts. And as usual, there aren't enough anchors, so I had to buy a set of fasteners first. I have Fasttrack in 4 different closets around my house and it's great - just be prepared to buy additional hardware before you start if you're not installing in studs. Also, the Rubbermaid Configurations system uses the exact same hardware, so this will work with it too.
