Review on Retevis Shoulder Speaker Microphone Baofeng by Elsa Ferrell

Day 7 after receiving the shoulder mics**After posting my feedback, Retevis replaced 2 of my shoulder mics that weren't working and so far everything is working as expected and stated. I appreciate the efforts to fix this issue that Retevis has demonstrated throughout. Walkie-talkies (RT22) and shoulder mics are amazing when they work. I bought them for my warehouse workers, our warehouse is over 65,000 square meters. feet and we have no connection problems. The sound is crystal clear. I highly recommend! ** To update. Day 5 after receiving the shoulder mics** As mentioned, one of the mics was not working at all and now the second is starting to fail. You hear almost nothing (incoming and outgoing). **FIRST REVIEW** I'm only writing this review to try and contact Retevis in hopes that they will replace a shoulder mic that didn't work. For some reason only 4 of them worked properly. I hope Retevis sees this and does it right as I have seen. They do it to other dissatisfied customers.
