Difficult set up for some of the devices. Poor documentation.
The smart plugs are working fine now but the set up was difficult and the documentation poor. 4 of the 6 plugs would not work with their Auto Scan set up and had to be added manually. That wasn't difficult but the documentation was not good so there was some trial and error. Also, where you have to select the model of smart plug there are about 8-10 choices and none of the info listed matched what was printed on the plugs. Again, poor documentation, mismatched information. Two phones could not scan the QR codes on the devices so that was not an option for set up. Needs work.
- They are so easy to use and set up and have made my life much easier by helping me create routines
- The Smart Plug Mini 15A may not work with all versions of Alexa or Google Home Assistant
