I wanted to play with these tips a bit before writing a review so after about 2 weeks of soldering daily I've come to the conclusion that these tips are excellent . My first tip is still in use with no problems and since I've had it, it's held around 750° every day. These tips are a direct replacement in my PES51 and work exactly like the original Weller tips. Not only do they work exactly the same, they cost half as much, which is really a lot since I'm using the tips faster than I'm likely to. Edit: It was used at 750-850° for over 8 months. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and my first tip is showing some signs of depletion right now. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well they hold up and I'll almost certainly buy the ShineNow brand again if I ever need to buy more attachments.
