1.) I bought this system in mid-May this year (2019). The system worked well for the most part. There would be disruption in rain and moderate storms. until the DVR completely stopped working in mid-July. Contacted Revain support who offered a one time system/DVR replacement. IF the manufacturer could not help (because the warranty has expired) (one month). Revane provided contact information for Zosi's technical support member (Emma). I emailed Emma and she responded quickly (early in the morning ((2am)) with an offer of help). a step in the process of returning the faulty dash cam (cameras not included) (return postage was provided ((sent via email)) ((it took 2 or 3 days which Emma has already told me)) ). The faulty DVR was shipped via USPS on Saturday morning. emailed and informed Emma, who emailed back and promised to ship a new dashcam on Monday. what was that. and delivered yesterday (Wednesday). it has been discontinued. works well. Emma asked for feedback on the DVR. What I did. also told her I would send another email in about 6 weeks (since it took so long for the first one to completely stop working). As for the system. we love it. Didn't know there was no sound. The video and picture quality is clear day and night. the playback is excellent. I hope the first DVR was a mistake/accident but this one works beautifully. As for customer service. Very happy with Revane and Emma (in Zosi). hp I emailed Emma tonight asking about the audio (awaiting a reply tomorrow). she has already answered. Thanks Emma and Revain2.) Update. Beginning of September. Have a spare DVR. The system worked for less than a week, after which the problems started again. Email Emma again (always replies quickly). follow all received instructions (how to update the system). Also, the app would not allow connection (login) and would receive motion notifications. cannot be viewed from the application. I tried to register in the app. followed Emma's instructions again. finally had to throw in the towel. grateful that we were able to return the entire system and received a full refund yesterday or this morning. Thank you again for the excellent and respectful customer service. just a pity that the system (for us) does not work.

This was my first camera system and i have not had a problem with it. Good cameras with audio.
