Incorrect Factory Fitment

[updated 6/16/2021] The seller contacted me in response to my initial 2 star rating. They apologized and explained how they improved the factory's quality control process to avoid this problem in the future. They offered to send me a replacement (I declined because it's working fine now that I've restored it) and a loan (which I declined because it's working fine now that I've restored it). I would like to thank you for the educational work and I am satisfied with the status so far. Please note that I have only used it once so far. -------- I just spent an hour trying to get this thing to stand up properly. As the bracket slid to the ground and the legs unfolded, the support rod hit the bracket. Something was clearly wrong. I've searched online for support (found nothing) and videos of other people facing the same issue. @Dan posted a comment here on Revain saying his build was wrong and I thought mine was too. Fixing this is not difficult, but not trivial either. One of the legs was literally up and pointing the wrong way. You need to loosen some screws, turn your foot forward and put the screws back. Things seem pretty solid, but I agree with another reviewer who pointed out that the upper assembly, which supports all of the bike's weight, is all plastic. rests on top of the vertical tube. I will update my rating and comments after using this rack a few times. So far I'm disappointed with the lack of quality control from the manufacturer.
