Review on POWXS Universal Battery Rechargeable Batteries by Jason Glass

Battery loading slots need to be longer for the longest batteries in this range. I am using 18650 batteries that are 2.780 inches or 70.18mm long. They're a little longer than necessary. They charge normally when inserted just enough to barely touch the + end. The idea is good and apparently there are no problems with shorter 3.7 volt batteries in series. Chinese source like most batteries I've seen. The charge indicator is not blue but red during charging. When the battery is charged it will be back blue. Red/green seems to make more sense.
