I love a good TENS unit, and this fits the bill. I was dealing with some mid-back pain today and decided to place the pads in the Erector Spinalis position (last photo) and found that it helped significantly.I love the size options for pads that are provided, as well as the many different modes that this comes equipped with! My favorite mode is #2, but sometimes I like to switch it up! This thing has a lot of power, so move up in the intensity slowly. I can only comfortably get up to 3 dots, sometimes 4 (next to the A on the bottom of the display). The instruction booklet has a lot of useful information in it, that I found valuable to be able to work the device properly, as well as insight as to what the different modes simulate and what they can help with.My husband has a different brand TENS unit that was given to him by his physical therapist, and I still think this one is better and far more user-friendly!
