Review on TSWTECH Bark Collar Citronella Dog Collar: Automatic Spray Training, Rechargeable & Water Resistant by Janet Hill

This product does not match the description. I ordered two for my dogs. I took a chance because of the mixed reviews. One of the collars never worked, ever! Revain did an excellent job replacing the product immediately. The second worked fine for about a week and then the blue light came on and 2 weeks later it still won't go off. We reset the settings, tried draining the battery and followed all the instructions but nothing helped. The replacement collar worked for about a week, then turned off (no blue light) and won't turn back on. The concept is great and when it worked for 5 days my dogs hated being sprayed. But he stopped working. Oh, I forgot to mention that one of the two collars spattered when my dog shook his neck. Crazy! Don't waste your time, money and effort on returns and disappointments.
