I have never written a review but this product makes me feel like I should. My female Pitt used to bark at anyone walking in front of the house. She would be semi-aggressive towards visitors but she is kind enough too. Barking from minimal to zero. zero aggression. The collar is much less sensitive than other spray collars I've had. One of my thick haired dogs never gets annoyed when barking with him. It works randomly when I put it on my very short haired dog who seems to be testing it by barking more often when she wears it compared to the other collar I have that sprays her every time. I have ordered two of these items. The first came quickly, as in the description. Unfortunately it didn't hold a charge. Once charged I had trouble releasing the spray. It didn't seem to come off when the dog was carrying it, but when I "barked" it 3 times it squirted out. I thought it was just generally defective. This product does not match the description. I ordered two for my dogs. I took a chance because of the mixed reviews. One of the collars never worked, ever! Revain did an excellent job replacing the product immediately. The second worked fine for about a week and then the blue light came on and 2 weeks later it still won't go off. We chose a spray collar as one of our options because we have a puppy and would like to use the mildest deterrent to see if it can help curb the barking.
