Attention! Cutlery sets 18/0 - 18/0 can hardly be called stainless. The quality is much worse than 18/10 and 18/8. Based on previous posts "sound" like they have undergone a manufacturing change and are not the same tin shells as you will see marked with a new 18/0 stamp on the back of the shell - it's cheap metal - do not do it. be deceived. They burst and bend in the oven. I ordered 2 of these sets and BOTH large baking sheets from each set warped in the oven. I've noticed that they are also thinner compared to my other SS pans. In general, thicker and higher-quality metal baking trays often withstand the stresses of thermal expansion better and therefore remain flat after being placed in the preheated oven. When I try to force them into place, the other side pops and flexes. I get very uneven baked goods and this warping is very frustrating. This happens every time. I know of a way to prevent this by first slowly reheating an empty pan in the oven to final temperature (recommended for cheaper pans), but who really wants to take a hot pan out of the oven and handle it? Not to mention that a lot of batters and batters lose their shape/consistency this way. The 2 top 5 star reviews for this product appear to be of personal or affiliate interest. There are many other stainless steel pans on the market that will not warp regardless of preheating. Due to the many positive reviews, I would have wished for the original pans, which were probably of higher quality. Please send them back as I definitely don't like them.
