The salon owner recommended these towels to me after telling her how good her towels are. They looked shabby when I received them but I washed them before reviewing. When I washed them they still looked thin and worn. Many even look used (they had different colored fibers, small dark spots). I threw away the packaging so I won't be returning them but they definitely don't look like the picture above. Also, the description says it's 100% cotton, but the label on the towel says it's 86% cotton and 14% polyester. They cost less than a dollar each so I think you get what you pay for.
