It's TN, so don't expect color reproduction. It's still not a bad deal. Just not one to write home about. I got it because I wanted an ultra-wide secondary monitor to match my primary gaming monitor, the ASUS IPS 280Hz 1080p model. It's not ultra-wide, but the aesthetics are nearly identical. My gaming monitor has decent colors anyway, and that doesn't mean this monitor is offensive to the eyes or anything unless you're a color snob. I would not recommend this monitor as my primary monitor for two reasons: 1. The refresh rate is lower than similar gaming competitors.2. IPS panels have the best colors for color-critical productivity applications. TNs have deeper blacks than IPS panels, but VAs have deeper blacks than TNs if you care. It's still good for performance if you're not rendering visuals. The pixel density and screen size are pretty good. Mine sits on a solid VESA mount above my gaming monitor. VESA compatibility is also a big plus.
