I was very pleased with this little hub, but it failed in many ways. It should just connect and work, but unfortunately it didn't. I have a new computer that has been completely upgraded and I had to spend 30 minutes of my time figuring out how to set up the hub to be recognized by my computer. At that time everything worked perfectly except for the headphones. When plugged in, it removes the sound from the computer, but plugging and unplugging the hub is a hassle because I have to move the screen around, which is why I bought this little hub in the first place. One of the USB ports didn't work and was too short to lay flat on the table when plugged in, so it hung loose from the screen, which wasn't ideal for me. A complete failure in my opinion.
