Review on ✏️ Efficient and Stylish: Westcott Electric iPoint Evolution Axis Heavy Duty Pencil Sharpener in Black and Silver by Morgan Gilmore

I broke down and bought a better sharpener after being disappointed with previous purchases. When the device arrived, the first thing I noticed was a gray circle: the pencil-sized adapter was slightly soiled from use. This was fixed with a wet paper towel. However, the chip container and cutting blades looked clean and new. I considered returning it but changed my mind after using it. It sharpened both pencils and crayons incredibly quickly and quietly. Sharpening a box of pencils was easy. My kids enjoyed sharpening their pencils as it is very easy compared to our previous sharpeners. It is very similar in performance to the X-Acto School Pro-X that I use at work. Both quiet and efficient.*****UPDATE 11/18/2013****************After less than 50 pencils the sharpener motor stops working. Now the motor doesn't have enough power to turn. All he does is hum. I can't send it back to Revain so I have to contact Westcott for repairs. I will comment on the after-sales service after the repair. ***** UPDATE 11/26/2013 ***** Filed a warranty claim on their website a week ago with no response. I sent another message to their support contact. unanswered email address. There is no support phone number on their website (hmmm). I have a strong premonition that this sharpener has now become a heavy brick. If you do not receive a reply from me, the product has not been repaired.
