I was glad that I read the reviews and got this one instead of the cheaper ones. It is very bright, even though the battery that comes with it is not the full 10 watts of power. In mid brightness I can see it in the daytime, but not in a very brightly lit room. I can find all of the dog accidents and the counterfeit money strip in currency. The places that I previously cleaned were spotless using this flashlight so I knew that I had cleaned those spots on the rug well. I did find doggie surprises where I least suspected them to be. It also charges my glow in the dark fishing lures fast. I am very satisfied with this item. I am glad that I got the 365nm UV spectrum instead of the 395nm. It is so good that I recommended it to my fishing buddy who also used to use UV lights to test aircraft for cracks with one. Considering the small size it is powerful enough for my needs.
