The simplicity of the software is great, as it is intuitive and easy to use. The support team is knowledgeable and helpful. We are a small boutique hotel and were able to customize the software to fit our needs. The software has helped us save time and increase our efficiency. The reporting and analysis capabilities are also very helpful for the front office. The software allows us to easily communicate with our guests and keep them happy. The software is more of a time saver than anything. We are able to easily access our bookings and communicate with guests. The only thing I dislike is that the software is not user friendly for those who are new to the software. I would highly recommend this product to any small to medium size hotel. The benefits we realized are that we were able to communicate with guests faster, and save time with the reporting.
