Review on Bottled Water Dispenser System with 1 Gal/Min Pump and 20ft PE Pipe - Perfect for Home Coffee Brewer, Ice-Maker, and Refrigerator by Daniel Shankle

I felt it necessary to post this review because I encountered several problems expressed in the review and managed to solve them. 1) Pump runs continuously when first switched on. This is because the system is not primed and there is air in the line, which is why it is not sucking in water. I was able to solve this problem by removing the inlet line and manually sucking the water to the end of the hose where it connects to the pump. Once that was done, I connected the line, placed a cup on the outlet line, and turned on the pump. until the water starts to flow. 2) There is no water in the fridge. When installing for the first time, be sure to place the cup in the water dispenser and let it pump until you get a steady stream of water. This allows the system to remove all air from the outlet line and refrigerator. The beer has been running fine for a few days now and is much quieter after putting on rubber boots on the bottom of the unit. Hope this review helps. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because the above information was not found in the manual.
