Shoe fits well in width but 10.5W is about 3/4 inch longer than toe. They are comfortable but I wasn't impressed with the length of the shoe compared to other shoes I've bought in this size. I bought size 11W which is not that long. A bit trippy when climbing stairs due to the excess length. Also, these shoes are not easy to put on. It is extremely difficult to get your foot in the hole the first time you put it on. It "breaks in well" but I still have to use a shoehorn to get my foot in the shoe after a week of wear.
