Good clutches. Plastic fingers at the end of the extruder, metal fingers at the hot end.
Not sure if it matters, but the standard Ender 3 V2 connector side for Bowden tubes has internal metal pins, as does the hot-end side. These couplings have internal plastic fingers where they grip the bowden tube from the extruder side and metal fingers on the hot end side.
