Prevents my dog โ€‹โ€‹from pulling out

This type of collar works best for my dog. I have a 70 pound Shepard mix who thinks he's in control of the world when he's on a leash. He pulls and falls, and what is worse, he is very aggressive towards other dogs. At such moments, he bites the leash and it becomes difficult to restrain him. I've been to training sessions with him and despite some improvements he's still out of control. The animal welfare organization where I adopted my dog recommends the same collar. Another brand hooks under the dog's snout instead of behind their head. Otherwise it works similarly to hold the dog with a strap over the muzzle. The problem is that my dog can reach the thin strap under his mouth. The last time he wore this guy, he quickly bit the strap and then ran after the running dog. I was on the verge of not taking him for walks anymore. He was pulling too hard and it was scary not being able to control him. I'm so glad I found a halter like this. I definitely don't go for a walk with him without him. He doesn't pull me when he's wearing a halter and I have a better grip on him. If he gets too naughty I pull up the halter and it keeps him close to me. And not to risk it, he now wears a regular harness (fits under his legs and across his chest) along with a halter for his head. Since both devices are hanging on a line behind his head, he cannot reach them. He will squirm and bite at his thick leash, but won't be able to reach the thinner straps. Of course, my dog would prefer to walk her off the leash, but that's the only way I'll ever walk her. When he's wearing it he doesn't pull me and when we meet other dogs I can keep him under control. Update: I bought another one of these halters for my second dog. He also weighs 70 pounds and pulls hard. He had a different halter that he inherited from his previous owners. It stuck to his snout. He was still pulling, and it was a bad fit that left a painful mark on his snout. In his case, this is the only collar he wears, as there's no way it can slip off his (big, square) head. The total weight of my dogs far exceeds my weight and yet I can easily manage them when they wear spur halters. Without them I would never have been able to walk with them.
