Review on Profoto 901045 Air Remote TTL S by Tim Airy

As with all Profoto equipment, you get what you pay for. I don't really use Profoto because of this remote. Of course if you are on a budget look elsewhere but I shoot for a living and make good money so I can afford to buy what works best for me. These remote controls are the best on the market. I can do everything without a menu and easily see where the buttons are in total darkness without having to look up to see where I am. That's very pleasant. I use 3 B1 heads with Sony a7rii and they always work (also use Nikon remote with d810 and D5). This reliability and simplicity. I also use a Nikon remote on my Hasselblad X1D, but there is no ttl on this setup. If you have the money and want simplicity, the Profoto B1 and Air remote control system works every time with no menus or hassles. 3rd year using them almost every day and never had a problem with any of my devices.
