Review on RT-TCZ Radio Antenna: 7-inch Flexible Metal Car Antenna for Jeep Wrangler 2007-2020 by Andrew Arneson
The antenna is not flexible, but otherwise works great.
I rarely listen to regular radio so I wanted to get rid of the huge whip antenna that comes with JL. However, I could not detect any difference in reception with this antenna compared to the standard antenna. The antenna is in good condition and looks good. Barely visible from the driver's seat. My only issue is that the description of this antenna says the antenna is flexible. It's absolutely inflexible. This is a strong metal bar. I'm afraid that if this antenna gets stuck somewhere, the antenna or the antenna mount in the case will break. Of course, this is a low profile antenna, but I'm a firm believer in Murphy's Law. I can buy a similar antenna but with a bend.
