good solid construction

I thought I'd try a random ESP32 development board and I'm really happy with it. They are marked Heltec and correspond to the pinout, but who knows. QUALITY CONSTRUCTION - The OLED display is held in place with what appears to be a machined plexiglass bracket that attaches with screws and is really solid. The outside of the bracket is fairly close to the LoRa u.FL connector so you need to be a bit careful with the cable bracket. The position of the WLAN/BT antenna is a bit uncertain, but it works. The LoRa range with the supplied external antenna is very decent. All pins are labeled on the solder mask on the bottom.

Pros
  • Same as everything so far
Cons
  • Nothing
