PAI turned out to be a very useful thing - you really see the difference between the number of steps and the load on the body, even by feeling it was always clear, and now I see it all on the charts. In general, the gadget fully lived up to expectations, and you definitely wonโt get bored quickly. Got pros: I took it primarily because of the heart rate monitor for running and skiing, to replace the chest sensor that I used with a smartphone. I am completely satisfied with the result - there are no failures in reading the pulse, there are no jumps in the graphs that could indicate incorrect operation of the heart rate monitor, and most importantly, there is no chest sensor that caused a lot of inconvenience. Watching the pulse on the display during training, I noticed some delay in the readings during sharp accelerations, but not critical - a few seconds. In general, the technology of taking the pulse from the hand is very efficient, it is not for nothing that after Mio all the leading manufacturers of sports watches began to use it. The application is simple and understandable, although not Russified yet. I also checked the tightness - everything is in order. A nice bonus in the form of turning on the display when you turn your hand, as well as notifications from your smartphone - very convenient. Cons: For accurate readings, you need to fasten the strap tightly, at first it was unusual, and the clip is not the most convenient for this. It's a pity that the exact algorithm for calculating PAI is not shown, it would be interesting.
