First of all I would like to say that I never leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to do so in order to protect other potential buyers from wasting their money . Time, effort or money like I just did. Secondly, the support service is practically non-existent. The product does not work as advertised. The description says that the device works in BMW X5 cars with DSP (Digital Signal Processing), but this is not the case. This is actually false advertising, my BMW doesn't have a built in DSP but it's still not compatible with the gear I got from this company. The company claims (quite confidently) that you don't need an additional power strip (at an additional cost), which also turns out to be a lie. I can't confirm if this device works as I can't turn it on because it doesn't work with my car as stated in the description. They also mention that there is 24 hour tech support with "quick response" but this claim turned out to be false as I received a response (no response) in the last 24 hours. I have asked for a faster way to resolve issues but have not received a response and can only communicate with the company through Revain Messenger.
