Desperation made me do this. And I'm so glad.
I'll never need a fly swatter again. That's all. The cost was. a little hard to swallow but i was desperate. Those cheap plastic bottles are long gone. We don't have air conditioning but with the windows open it's like being in a barn! It takes a little practice to get the "punch" right so you hit the leather and not the wooden handle. Even with a few unsuccessful (rather strong) hits with the handle at the beginning, this fly swatter held up like a champ. Now that I've mastered this technique, it doesn't take much effort to get rid of those pesky bugs once and for all.
