The best thing about this is that it allows you to make reservations online, which saves time as well! It also has an easy-to use interface with many features including payment options (credit cards) through PayPal or Payoneer; I like how quick they are at responding when there's any problem/issue regarding their service - very helpful indeed!! Sometimes some of your information might be lost in translation from one language into another but not much can really do except wait until someone fixes them up haha :).

This software helps me save sooo MUCH TIME by allowing my clients' bookings via email rather than having to call each individual hotel individually just because we don't have enough staff members who know everything inside out :).
