This was worse than trying to use the blue Dual Cure I bought from them and mixed a year ago: THAT came out better and was more predictable! I don't know why this premix was so thick! So thick that coating was almost impossible unless you worked very quickly with a trowel coater. I only covered once on each side. First, I burned those that were too thick in 3 minutes with a 1000 watt metal halide grow lamp in the ideal spectrum of exposure light (a home made exposure setup involving many hours of searching for available lamps with the right spectrum). The thick area was absolutely not finished. Then I made my grid 305, which I covered with a thin layer (or usually other emulsions that ecotex has to offer in my opinion and experience) and burned out in 30 seconds. A good chunk was washed away, but not all. I never had the opportunity to try 20 seconds. Why does the tray say 6 MINUTES AT 500W?! The screen will rise and walk out the door!
