As the ROC said, follow these steps and you're done: The strut is placed over the spring (alignment is obvious), then a tab is attached to it to hold the strut in place . I used a factory bottle jack and placed it between the axle tube and the fender. Then it just had to be lifted to make enough room to install the spring and spacer. I am following OCD's instructions (review below) and it has worked great for me. This was the first time I made it myself and after making one side it was very easy on the other side. As you can see I was able to lift the back end because it sags a lot.
