Installation was pretty easy, you didn't even have to open the manual. However, it took me about 4 hours including dismantling the bike and laying the cables. I removed the old two speaker, one amplifier system to replace with this one. I mentioned cable management because there are SO MANY cables to manage. I will most likely go back and cut/join the wires to remove the baseball sized nest I have now tied to my frame. It was also difficult to place the switch. After installation and road testing I'm finally happy with the sound but not sure if a 4 speaker system is louder than a 2 speaker system.
