This wall scanner isn't much better than the $35 Zircon. If not, then the same. Its inaccuracies are really disappointing for such an expensive device. I tested it on different materials. I can't say it's been on the pavement exactly once. It's 50/50 at best on drywall and virtually non-existent on concrete. If your home hood is based on construction and installation, you cannot risk such a tool. I will say that this is a luxury purchase for those who have the money to spend on a glorified stud finder. Beware of anyone who relies on an accurate spike finder.
