In 10 years of caring for numerous cats I have tried all types of collars and found that there is nothing better than a leather collar in terms of durability and reliability. This particular variant is perfect for several reasons: 1. It fits all of my cats, from the largest to the smallest, with no cutouts, extra punched holes, etc.2. It is well tolerated by cats, thin enough not to cause discomfort and strong enough to resist tearing, chewing and cat play :-)3. The clasp is reliable and made of high quality metal - there is no risk of sudden opening (lost tens of dollars on lost collars :-)4. Very practical ring to attach the tag while securing the collar4. Excellent quality leather - the perfect combination of thickness, width and flexibility.5. That looks great. the real thing, not cheap junk. All in all a great product that serves its purpose.
