I am very disappointed with this product. I did NOT see the huge improvement in computer speed that was the advertised point of the product. In fact, it was about the same as it was before with Windows 7. This USB drive just replaces your Windows OS on the hard drive with another one on the USB drive, but then you won't have access to the desktop any old programs. . Therefore, in my case, the purchase was pointless. Installing the product may be difficult for anyone not as computer savvy as I am. In my case I had to go into the computer's BIOS settings to get it working. I don't recommend anyone without that experience messing around with their computer. After the computer started and started booting into the new operating system, it took longer than expected to boot to the desktop. The new system actually took longer to boot than my slow Windows 7. Again, not the lightning fast product I was expecting. The operating system itself was quite simple and very workable. It came with basic software that allowed you to do some basic calculations and surf the web. But I never went further than just picking because I had already decided the program wasn't going to make me any better than what I had. And I wouldn't spend any more time retraining and reconfiguring a new desktop computer.
