Review on 🧺 Bosch Mixer MUZ6BS1 Bowl Scraper Attachment: Effortless Mixing and Easy Cleaning by Jamel Ochoa

This squeegee works better than any other flexible whisk I've had on traditional blenders. It really cleans the bowl all over. I love that everything fits in the dishwasher with no worries. My only complaint is how carefully you have to remove it from the hub or it will break as others have pointed out. I gently and gently pull the latches out before lifting them up. If something is covered in dough, it is pain. After that, I take out the gray scrapers and place them in the dish rack in the dishwasher with the hub on the top shelf. Always washes great. You get two sets of scrapers, which is good. I think Bosch could make this attachment more user-friendly by making something like a silicone sleeve so it's easier to bend for removal. This scraper attachment is only suitable for light/medium dough. Think pastries for cakes, brownies, etc. You can use this with whisks, cookie scoops, and cake spatulas. This is not for real bread or pasta dough. There is a small gray dough hook which is very durable and great for this purpose. This only applies to liquid mixtures.
