Review on 🔪 Mercer Culinary Millennia Black Handle, 11-Inch Slicer: Slice with Precision and Comfort by Kenneth Seymour

This knife did an incredible job. I was initially skeptical of other reviews because they said the handle was not designed to protect the user's hand from getting higher on the blade which would result in an immediate trip to the hospital. I'm happy to report that with a firm grip on the handle (as it always should be) the knife performed phenomenally. This is the sharpest knife I have ever owned and it cuts through large chunks of meat like a hot knife through butter. I tell everyone I know about this knife! If you're serious about slicing meat without having to chop back and forth with terrible pressure, this is your knife!
