Work very well. I'm constantly looking for the perfect pads that last, but I just don't think they exist. This is by far the best set I know. I use my TEN block quite often; several times a day. Each pair stayed sticky for about 4-5 days each. My last set barely lasted a use so I will be buying these from now on. They are very thin compared to previous pads I have used. I was worried about this thinking they were cheap because they are so fragile. But I was pleasantly surprised. They fit my standard size bars which have most wires. The pulse stays strong the whole time I use them until the stickiness is gone. I also try to wet the pads as soon as they start falling off. This gives them 1 or 2 more uses.
