Review on Pureblu by Josh Dyer

I like that it has a very simple interface, so easy to use even if you are not tech savvy! It helps us keep track of our clients' data. We have saved time by being able to easily input all client info into one place instead of having several spreadsheets. As with any software there can be glitches, but we work around these when they do occur. The biggest benefit is saving time. In the past this was difficult since everything had to go through emails which took longer than just entering information directly to the system. I like that it's easy to use, reliable & has many features which make my work easier with our clients! Nothing specific - they do what you need them too so no complaints there either :) But overall we've been very happy using their services since inception of this project (over 2 years). It really helps us keep track of all customer accounts from one place by having everything under 1 roof- billing/service requests etc..
