An easy-on raincoat, fleece-lined, that fits

Well-designed and easy to get on a wiggling puppy. Sizing isn't critical. It's large now for my puppy but that'a okay--so long as I don't stick his rear legs into the elastic bands. Because the elastic bands are loose enough to end up covering anus; poop ends up getting smeared. The solution: ignore the rear elastic bands. I expect that, when the puppy outgrows size XS, we'll get a larger one.
