There was no black clip for the screw mount under the rear fender so I had to use good old duct tape. The screw that goes into the metal part of the lever in the fender is missing, I had to find an old screw from my dad's dinah...paid for the screw holder and screw for the seat, only there are no instructions. A little paint scratches due to the screw but that's it for now. Find a seller with all equipment and spare parts. I have to be careful that the screw doesn't fly off while driving, because it doesn't seem to have been overtightened either.
