I'm 5ft 7in, 195cm tall and have an athletic build. I usually wear large t-shirts and button-down shirts. So I ordered a large vest, thinking I could make the sides narrower if needed. The big one is actually quite big. Also, the clasp on the collar broke on first use. So I returned it. Bought a medium size and it fit perfectly with the narrow sides. There are no quality control issues to consider when repurchasing. The best is actually very beautiful. The materials appear to be of good quality and the stitching is not. However, the stars have been deducted due to quality control.
