Review on Junction6 by Thimothy Purnell

The customer service is fantastic! They are always willing to help any time of day or night - even holidays (we're in Europe)!! Great team overall with very detailed knowledge about their product which makes it easy to utilize as well. I wish there was more flexibility around booking times so we could do things at our own pace but that's just my preference not anything major. We use this software primarily for group travel reservation purposes. It has allowed us make faster decisions when choosing tours/activities compared to using other methods such as phone calling back multiple companies.
