I was excited to try this type of mouthguard and whiten my teeth too! not included at all! I started by going to the long webpage listed on the ziplock bag it came in and then it asked me to enter my email address and name. Spring. I guess I'll just follow the directions. Unfortunately, they're pretty hard to track, sometimes they're incoherent, so my first guard ended up getting destroyed. The second came out a little better but it didn't feel right and was clearly misshapen or maybe not big enough so I tried again, this time it started falling apart like the other reviewer did! It ends up being a $0.10 piece of poorly formed plastic with some poorly translated papers in a sandwich bag. I really hope I get my money back!
