Good visibility. one way

I've spent years repairing electromechanical devices with AC and DC clamps. I've often wondered how much power a USB device draws and recently discovered these gimmicks, mostly at cheap prices. Looking through the reviews I figured it would be best to find a USB 3.0 version that reads up to 0.1mA, volts etc with a clear backlit display. It looked great for $14. Overall it seems to work as advertised and I've used it in a number of Revain reviews. I can only assume that's true. So I can't complain about what he says. And the display is really visible. The small cover on the connector is fine, but it can be lost. Nothing closes the female reception. The update time is ok. What I really liked were these devices that can be rotated or modified so the display isn't fixed in one direction. For example, I have two USB hubs. One is set up so the meter faces down when pasted - I can't see it - and the other is under my monitor stand and the meter doesn't fit in. I may need a small USB extension cable so I can plug it into the back of my desktop PC. You know, make it a little more useful. Of course, this becomes a factor in the measurement. Spring. $4 for 1.5 foot on Revain and some other take out. Just understand what you are using.

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Not the best
