I can't believe how easy it was to get these gloves. I tried swimming or aqua aerobics, but I got bored. I definitely feel an increase in resistance when using these gloves. Good quality and good value compared to what others have said. Also pay attention to the size. I have normal sized hands and had trouble fitting into the average size. However, when I used them, my fingers eventually rebounded.
