You get what you pay for
Excellent build quality complemented by the cheapest and lowest quality screws. Using a drill with the lowest torque will completely shear the screws. I had to use pliers to pull one out. It was on wood. They need to improve the quality of the screws used and make them flatter. I prefer to order directly from Dell.
