We bought this set for my daughter because she was having trouble keeping her sculptures from falling apart (she gave her Mimaw, something dry). I've used polymer clay and sculpy from time to time since the 90's, hoping it would help her enjoy sculpting more than she did. Unfortunately, it's so ridiculously sticky that you can't even use the included rolling pin to flatten the clay, and all of the tools have excess plastic along the seams that leaves weird marks in the clay (I had to cut and shape the tools to make them could use them)) Color choice is fun and getting jewelry is nice, but the quality of the clay isn't great. Mind you she is 8 years old and we managed to use all the clay but it was difficult as she is awkward to use and messes everything up. Day and night difference to the tone I use. It bakes well, but unfortunately remains a little pliable, and yes, we've covered more than doll food or tiny charms and beads with aluminum foil. I will not buy again. More difficult to work with than plasticine.
