bought these to fix my Samson Graphite 49 midi keyboard and my first attempt failed because I had a crappy soldering iron and solder so ended up with a fine 75 watt for Christmas Variable resistance soldering iron station. I was able to reverse my previous attempt and solder one of these to 4 pins which like all these connectors are very close together and being precise with your solder joints is imperative, highly recommended!
